🔹 Facility Lead / Facility Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Maintenance Management.
Responsible for supervising Maintenance teams (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).

🔹 Material Engineer
Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in materials engineering.
Review and approve materials for road construction.

🔹 Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement within civil or construction industry.
Develop procurement strategies for civil materials and equipment.

🔹 Senior Land Surveyor
Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in land surveying.
Responsible for supervising land survey work and junior surveyors.

🔹 Land Surveyor
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying.
Conduct survey work using total stations, GPS, and other tools.

🔹 Camp Boss
High School Diploma.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss.
Manage staff accommodations, facilities, hygiene, and safety.
